As the sun set at the Rally Village in Gordon Street Recreation Reserve, drivers came together to welcome rally fans to the event. Ryan Williams, Lewis and Harry Bates made the time to meet some fans and sign their spectator guides.
Based on ticket sales, the event organisers are expecting just under 1,000 spectators on Saturday and 800 on Sunday. And with the brilliant weather forecast for the weekend we’re expecting at least that many.
The event has been promoted from Bairnsdale to Bendigo with advertising and consistent content on the event website, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
